At Minimum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging of your choice.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status until it reaches our warehouse.
